You will receive an email with steps to complete your account and a digital intake form (check your spam if you don't receive anything).
Once your account is created, you can manage and attend your appointments using the Telaleaf mobile app. OR you can log into your dashboard by clicking "LOG-IN" at the top right of this page.
You must always book new appointments using the "NEW VISIT" button at the top of this page. You cannot book new appointments using the app at this time.
